Hodgson Company has been involved in some of the Sacramento area's most
innovative residential and commercial developments, including master-planned
communities and mixed-use proposals. Our projects help revitalize urban
areas and realize the promise of mixed-use planning and development. The President, John Hodgson
has experience both as a principal and consultant to a variety of property development
projects, including the Ashton Park Estates and Sierra
Oaks Vista Estates - award-winning, high-end infill residential
developments in Sacramento. He directed the successful approval of the
East Elk Grove Specific Plan - the first major Specific plan adopted after
the 1993 Sacramento County General Plan update. He was the team leader for the SunRidge Specific Plan adopted in 2002, the largest Specific Plan ever
approved in Sacramento County (2,600 acres). |
